Diana Moran is a household name from television and radio with her media career spanning over 40 years. Now 78, Diana continues to practise what she preaches and her new book Sod Sitting, Get Moving, written with Sir Muir Gray – encourages us to keep fit and healthy to make the most of our later years.
Diana was also known as The Green Goddess on BBC Breakfast Time which launched the ‘80s fitness trend in the UK. She is an author of 12 books and is the health and fitness Editor for The Lady magazine. Diana’s career has included modelling, newsreading and presenting as well as working with health and sports organisation and hospitals to promote women’s health and wellbeing. She is also heavily involved in the charity field, especially those concerned with cancer, cerebral palsy and older people.
Diana will demonstrate some of the exercises as part of the event and you are of course welcome to join in!
